The standard fee is $189 per 53-minute session, but fees may vary based on your therapist and the services provided.
RiverTree is in network with Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi (regular, federal, and state plans), and we will gladly file your insurance for you. It is most efficient for you to check with your insurance company and ask them about your coverage for psychotherapy.
If RiverTree is not in network with your insurance company, we can provide a superbill for you to provide to your insurance company for reimbursement. Some insurances do reimburse for seeing out-of-network providers. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance company to confirm and determine what you'll specifically need in order to file with them.
To verify your insurance coverage, contact BCBS or Aetna by calling the customer service number on the back of your insurance card. Once you've noted these answers, contact our office staff to report your coverage.
Questions to ask your insurance company:
- Do I have Mental Health Coverage for a Licensed Professional Counselor for an outpatient office visit?
- Do I have a co-pay (if so, how much?) or is my policy subject to a deductible?
- (If you have a deductible...) How much is my deductible? How much have I met?
- What is my percentage or co-insurance once my deductible is met?
- Is Telemental Health covered under my policy?
